All ware remains the property of Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited until paid for in full.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the carriage to return goods back to Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited. A credit note will then be issued for any faulty items.
If the goods are below standard, Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited should be notified within three working days. The goods in question should then be returned to the warehouse, where a credit note will be issued.
Please Note: Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited can no longer accept any claims for damages in transit due to carriers insurance policies.
Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited try to keep standard shapes, sizes and prices but may alter from time to time due to production and supply methods.
Correction will be rectified by errors in calculation or prices if notified within 3 days of receiving invoice.
The invoice will be regarded as a dispatch note.
Non Account customers with Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited must pay in full before the goods are released to customer/courier.
Account Customers with Fegg Hayes Pottery Limited have 30 days nett payment or overdue accounts will be charged 2% above base rate.
Carriage charges are not included in the price.
Tray and packing extra P.O.A.
We recommend for the wholesale customers where possible that you purchase full cartons of china, and have them delivered on a pallet. This cuts down on packing charges and reduces the risk of breakages.
